BCs - Wings
Pair a wing with a harness and backplate and you are ready to go diving.
Make sure you get the proper lift for the diving you intend on doing. In general, a 25LB wing is a great option for recreational single tank diving with aluminum tanks. You may want to look at a 35LB wing if you are diving larger and heavier steel single tanks or carrying a pony/stage/deco bottle. The 45LB wings are great for double AL80s and the 60LB wings for steel doubles and multiple stages.
