Add your action camera to a Flex-Connect grip, handle flex arm or cold shoe mount

You can add your GoPro camera or similar action camera to Flex-Connect accessories.   Pair this adapter to a Flex-Connect grip, flex arm, handle, or cold shoe mount and easily mount and remove your camera.

The adapter uses the standard M5 screw threads for use with the camera’s mount and thumb screw (thumb screw not included). You can also use this adapter for other devices or lights that feature the same action camera mount.
